Lara's Specialties
Yoga Therapy for Addiction, Anxiety, Depression and Stress Management. Addictive behaviors--the drive to seek pleasure and avoid pain--hinders our physical, emotional and spiritual growth and leaves us ill equipped to deal with stress. Yoga Therapy is a conduit for treating the spiritual malady of addiction by teaching us how to observe the mind, listen to the body and experience emotions without reacting to them. Yoga therapy facilitates the process of returning to our true nature--peace and love--thereby reconnecting us to our higher self/power. Lara utilizes yoga therapy to treat anxiety and depression which can be debilitating factors in one’s life.
