Lara provides counseling and yoga therapy to individuals, adults, children and teens, groups and organizations. She treats issues including depression, anxiety, grief, loss, healing trauma, addiction, eating disorders, stress management, spiritual growth, personal growth, self-esteem,  and various physical conditions. Lara serves the greater San Diego area including La Jolla, University City, Clairemont, Kearny Mesa, Mira Mesa, UTC, Sorrento Valley, Carmel Valley, Del Mar, Pacific Beach, Ocean Beach, and Point Loma and is available for consult by telephone.
